Kindly be informed that secretarial division of World Trade Center Osaka (WTCO) and Osaka Business Partner City Council (BPC) were integrated, as of April 1, 2003, for greater efficiency in our secretarial activities and improved service to our member companies. As a consequence, our secretarial division has become a part of the Osaka International Business Promotion Center Foundation (IBPC), and we made a new start as "IBPC Osaka Investment Promotion Center" and "IBPC Osaka Network Center". The center is not able to provide you with information, advice, and support through the existing BPC, but also with a variety of services through the WTCO and its worldwide network of 300 organizations in 91 countries.
